Luxury12 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for All Members

Welcome to luxury12. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and luxury12 ("Company", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the luxury12.best website, the luxury12 mobile application, and all services offered by luxury12 (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on luxury12, accessing the platform, or using any of the services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which are incorporated as part of this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are a living document that may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with a clear update date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the luxury12 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be of age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform;
• A person who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law;
• Register under your own name and for personal use only — not on behalf of another person or business entity;
• Has never been banned or blocked from using the luxury12 platform previously.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at luxury12. Registering a second, third, or multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method is used. luxury12 reserves the right to detect and close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. luxury12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the luxury12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). luxury12 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Foreign exchange rates do not apply within the luxury12 platform.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or eWallets are not permitted. luxury12 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is suspicious or cannot be verified.

3.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Luxury12 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond luxury12's control. Withdrawals that require KYC review may take longer to process on the first occasion.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, luxury12 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Luxury12 only processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("matched withdrawal policy"), unless special approval is granted by the luxury12 operations team. This is a standard industry-wide AML policy.

Luxury12 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following are general terms that apply to all luxury12 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses come with rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement means you must place wagers totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount received;
• Rollover is calculated based on settled wager values — cancelled, rejected, or refunded bets do not count;
• Different game types may carry different rollover weightings — for example, baccarat and football may count at 100%, while certain specific games may count at a lower rate;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash;
• Luxury12 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or an attempt to exploit a promotion;

The luxury12 VIP Loyalty Program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression between tiers is based on cumulative valid wagering within a defined cycle period. VIP benefits include redeemable loyalty points, higher cashback rates, increased betting limits, and access to a personal account manager for Diamond members. luxury12 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure with reasonable notice to affected members.

All betting and gaming activities on the luxury12 platform are subject to the specific rules stated in their respective sections (football, baccarat, poker, casino, e-sports, and so on). The following general terms apply to all betting and gaming activities on luxury12:

5.1 Sports Betting & Football

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation is permitted after confirmation, except in the case of a proven technical error on luxury12's part;
• Football bets are settled based on the result after 90 minutes of regular time (including injury time), unless otherwise stated for specific markets;
• If a match is postponed or abandoned before 80 minutes of play, all unsettled bets will be voided and returned to the account balance;
• Luxury12 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human error in odds-setting;
• Parlay bets are settled by multiplying the odds of all winning selections. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding those selections.

5.2 Casino Games & Baccarat

• All casino games use software that has been certified by independent testing bodies. Game outcomes are random and fair;
• Luxury12 is not liable for any internet connection disruption that causes a casino game to be interrupted mid-round. Results that were calculated prior to the disruption remain valid;
• For live casino games (live dealer), all decisions declared by the dealer are final and binding;
• Luxury12 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from members suspected of using unfair betting strategies or exploiting an undue advantage over the casino.

5.3 Esports

Esports betting at luxury12 covers titles such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MPL Malaysia), Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, and PUBG Mobile. Official results from the relevant tournament organiser are used to settle all bets. If an esports match is modified, replayed, or cancelled by the organiser, luxury12 will exercise discretion in determining bet settlement based on the specific policies established for each title.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luxury12 account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. luxury12 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

• Never share your account login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security;
• Log out of your account whenever you use a public or shared device;
• Notify luxury12 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Luxury12 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence or failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Luxury12 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting and gaming should be a fun form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. As part of this commitment, luxury12 provides a range of control tools that members can use to manage their gaming experience:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours;
• Betting Limits: Members may set a maximum betting limit for a specified period;
• Session Time Limit: Members may set reminders or limits on the total time spent on the platform per session or per day;
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply to self-exclude from the platform for a period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period has elapsed;

Luxury12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Identity fraud or the provision of false information during registration;
• Use of more than one account (multiple accounts);
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including the use of strategies specifically intended to exploit bonus offers;
• Use of automation software, bots, or other external tools that provide an unfair advantage;
• Collusion or match-fixing with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Requests from competent legal authorities.

Where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, luxury12 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings held in that account. For accounts closed at the member's own request, or for reasons not involving fraud, any existing balance will be returned to the member once all necessary checks have been completed.

Members who wish to close their own account may contact the luxury12 support team via email or live chat. Account closure requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

The luxury12 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." luxury12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, luxury12 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including betting losses;
• Service disruptions arising from technical issues, system maintenance, ISP outages, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Data loss resulting from technical disruptions or cyberattacks, even where we have taken all reasonable preventive measures;
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers, game suppliers, or network service providers;
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes — betting is an activity that carries risk, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

If, notwithstanding the liability limitations stated above, luxury12 is found liable for any loss or damage, luxury12's maximum liability shall be limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by luxury12, including through arbitration where necessary.
